The Chilak Residential Tower project is located in northern Iran, near the city of Noshahr, on a land area of 8000 square meters. The main concept of the project consists of a collection of residential units that simultaneously have a 45-degree rotational view towards the sea and the forest. Extensive terraces in each unit provide a panoramic view of the beautiful surroundings for all units, connecting the interior space with the outdoor area. Common courtyards designed at various heights among the floors allow for maximum interaction among residents and utilization of the beautiful scenery. Additionally, the complex on the ground and first floors is equipped with all the amenities of a 5-star hotel, including various restaurants, sports facilities, and recreational spaces. In the design of the exterior facade, green spaces on all floors harmonize the overall volume with the green mountainside scenery. Furthermore, the roof of the complex is completely covered with greenery, and the empty spaces and tree-filled areas between the units on the top floor define private courtyards, all equipped with an outdoor swimming pool, pergola, and the amenities of a complete villa.
